Tasting Notes

The nose is intense, with aromas of citrus, vanilla biscuits and peat smoke. The body is full of tropical fruit and raisin flavors, while the smoke playfully circles it. The finish is long and spicy.

Production

Machir Bay is aged in a complex combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry barrels. This gives it a beautiful balance of vanilla, butterscotch and fruit.

Serve

Neat or with a little mineral water.
