The Macallan Triple Cask Matured 12 years old is created from a trio of spirits, which have been matured separately in European sherry oak casks, American sherry oak casks and American ex-bourbon oak casks. Once filled, the matured spirit remains undisturbed in the same casks for 12 years – after which this complex combination of casks is married in exquisite and skillful fashion to create this dynamic single malt.
