The Akita distillery, on the island of Honshu, is located on the coast of the Sea of ​​Japan and extends eastwards to the Ou Mountains, the largest mountain range in Japan. It is from these mountains that the etsu double yuzu gets its freshness and distinctive aromas. For seven days, traditional botanicals such as yuzu, juniper, licorice, coriander and matcha tea are infused into the gin. The gin is then distilled without the herbs so that its oils can be incorporated and fresh mountain water is added. Balanced with citrus notes, a lemony taste and a distinct yuzu with an immediate round and fresh finish.

Taste: Rich flavors of yuzu and lemon that give a wonderful freshness.

Nose: Fresh aromas of lemons and yuzu.

Aftertaste: Round finish, quite fresh and supple.
