Vineyard: Polydendri Domokos in Central Greece. Grapes exclusively from privately owned vineyards

Vinification: Cold extraction for 6 hours, fermentation at low temperatures. Stay with the wine lees for 3 months

Tasting Notes: Soft rose color with pomegranate highlights, intense aromatic nose with notes of cherry and rose. Pleasant, balanced mouth with refreshing acidity and long aftertaste.

Enjoy it at: 9-10ºC.

Paired With: Fresh salads, rice with vegetables, seafood spaghetti, sushi.
