Viña Cubillo is the winery's newest wine. In the magical and surreal universe of Lopez Heredia, the freshest wine is not the white or the rosé, but the red, which has been in the winery's cellars for nine years, three of which in old barrels. A wine with a relatively low Tempranillo percentage, 65%, while the rest is from the other varieties of Rioja: Garnacho (sic), Mazuelo and Graciano. An ethereal wine, with melted tannins but still with intense fruit.
