Clean, medium intensity lemony, with characteristic notes of fruit such as green apple and grapefruit on the nose, white flowers, minerality and aromas of yeast and dough. The mouth has penetrating acidity, lemony fruit, good balance of acidity and oiliness due to batonnage and a medium-long, refreshing, aftertaste. Ready to drink but two or three years in the bottle will only do it good.

Goes great with fried fish, fruit salads and light vinaigrettes, white cheeses such as manouri, pasta with cream and salmon.
