Lemony with green highlights. Intense nose, typical of the variety and the cold viticultural zone in which it is grown. Aromas of green pepper, white-fleshed peach, mango, and grass. The high acidity, characteristic of the 2023 vintage, lends nerve to the creamy, rich mouthfeel, offering an excellent balance to the wine. Very long aftertaste.

It goes well with salads, fish and vegetable dishes but is also enjoyed as a cool aperitif.
