You may be surprised, but Joya darling should be tasted with relatively “semi-sweet” desserts like Greek semolina halva and cake (ravani) as well yogurt with honey and fruits! However, for an elevated experience try Joya darling with blue cheese or mild cheeses like fresh myzithra and manouri. Semi-hard sweet cheese like kasseri, is also a great pair.
