The color of the wine is lemon green, with golden highlights. The aromatic characteristics are a complex bouquet of fresh apple, pear, peach, apricot, with citrus fruits complementing the character and notes of lemon blossom embraced by subtle mineral notes completing it. In the mouth it is refined, with a moderate body that as it warms up, releases an oiliness, which blends wonderfully with the sharp acidity and leaves us with a pleasant, long aftertaste, with a delightful salty minerality. Certainly a wonderful expression of the variety.
