Woodford Reserve Rye uses the 53% rye ratio they used before Prohibition to pay homage to history’s authentic rye whiskies, making spices and tobacco a dominant note among a sea of fruit, flowers and sweet aromas, which deliver a nice sweetness and overall balance. Our rye whisky can offer complex flavours – plain, on ice or in cocktails. A balanced rye whiskey makes a more balanced cocktail.

Nose: Spicy with distinct notes of rye, black pepper, cedar and cassia bark sweetened with a powdered marzipan. In its background dance notes of pear, apple and almond.

Taste: Clove, rye, mint, molasses, sorghum and honey are mixed together with notes of apple and malt.
