Ostertag Riesling Heissenberg 2021 750ml

A wine that belongs to the Ostertag ‘stone wines’ series, that is, a wine that speaks more about the place that gave birth to it than about its variety. The vineyard, biodynamically cultivated, is located on one of the warmest slopes of Alsace – that is why it is called Heissenberg, that is, the mountain of hell. Dry, mineral, and can be aged for 15 years or more.
