Soft lemony in appearance. Extremely rich aromatic character reminiscent of lemon, lime, peach, apricot and pineapple aromas. Dry in the mouth, with high refreshing acidity, which is balanced with sweet flavors reminiscent of lemon marmalade, apricot, pineapple and sweet spices.

Pairs well with: Fish, seafood, shellfish, Asian cuisine, sushi, fresh salads. Enjoyable on its own as an aperitif.
