85% ASSYRTICO 15% CHARDONNAY Aged for 8 months in Acacia barrels. From the Assyrtiko variety, the Naked Queen stands out for its minerality, rich mouthfeel and finesse. The meticulous sorting, the mace remaining in pre-fermentation extraction as well as the gentle treatment during winemaking, protect the “sacred minerality” of the variety as well as its rich aromatic character.

The Naked Queen has aromas of citrus, minerality and honey notes, thanks to the gracious presence of the acacia barrel. In terms of taste, it has a very balanced body, acidity, saltiness and a long aftertaste.

The intensity of the wine, the nice acidity and its exuberant body, accompany ideal dishes such as Mediterranean, savory, fatty dishes and creamy textures.
