Description
Long fermentation with the marc in amphorae with indigenous yeasts and maturation in the amphorae with the marc for 270 days without sulfite treatment. It undergoes no treatment and is not filtered. Rich and generous with an amber color, earthy and complex with aromas of nuts such as walnut and roasted almonds dried fruits, citrus jams, acacia honey, tea and spices. Gentle tannins, balanced acidity, complex and exuberant aftertaste. AGING POTENTIAL: 5 years
