Description

Production: The tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave from the Jalisco Highlands, which are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours. The fermentation process is an extended 80 hours, resulting in a rich flavor. It is then rested for two months in stainless steel tanks. The alcohol percentage is 40% ABV.
Tasting Notes: a crystal clear appearance and offers an aroma with notes of citrus, agave syrup, and vanilla. On the palate, you'll experience a smooth taste with hints of grapefruit, lemon, and a touch of black pepper spice on the finish.
