From the “Giannas” vineyard. After a short pre-fermentation cold maceration the must is transferred to stain steel tanks where the fermentation takes place at low temperatures of 12-13 °C. Lees aging for a period of 4 months with light battonage.Bright yellow color with green hues.Delicate, intense, and aromas of pear, white flowers, and citrus fruits. Pronounced aromas of bitter orange, with hints of mastic and fennel root.Rich, oily mouth, highly refreshing acidity, and a characteristic saltiness. Enjoyable long aftertaste. Enjoy it at 10-12 °C.
