Grape Blend: 75% Sémillon and 25% Sauvignon Blanc.

Terroir: Cultivated on select gravelly, clay, and limestone plots in Bommes, combining the crisp precision of limestone with the deep structure of clay

Aroma: A nuanced bouquet highlighting yellow apple, fresh citrus, bergamot, and herbal-spicy undertones.Palate: A creamy, full-textured initial entry powered by substantial depth from the dominant Sémillon, balanced by the bright, energetic acidity and mineral tension of Sauvignon Blanc.

Finish: Concentrated and complex, leaving distinct notes of primrose, lemon verbena, and a chalky, salty sea-salt minerality.
