The Sommelier Selection features variations of Teeling Small Batch Blended Irish Whiskey. In this one, Amarone red wine casks are used instead of rum casks. The whiskey is first matured in ex-bourbon casks before spending 16 months in Italian Amarone casks. Only 10,800 bottles were filled with this wonderful blend.
