Tasting Characteristics

Intense amber colour and deep orange aromas. Smoky taste of maple syrup, ripe fruit and spicy notes of clove and cinnamon. Long lasting, creamy and fruity aftertaste, with obvious elements of charred oak.

The process

Each bottle comes from a single barrel, that ages at the top of the cellars - in special temperature conditions - resulting in a different flavour. Single Barrel barrels are strictly selected by the Master Distiller and his team. Only 1% of all distillery barrels are used. It is bottled in an elegant glass bottle, with a wooden cork and a handwritten label at the special collar, stating the code of the only barrel and the date of bottling.
