Tasting Notes

Clear and transparent in appearance. Lemony on the nose with notes of orange and yuzu. The taste is refreshing, with the orange being more noticeable than the lemon and yuzu. The aftertaste is round and fresh.

Production

Etsu Double Orange Gin is infused for seven days with traditional botanicals, such as bitter orange peel, juniper, licorice root, angelica and coriander. After infusing, the base is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh water from the mountain spring added, which gives a fresh taste.

Served

Excellent in gin & tonic, in Dry Martini, as well as with ice and mint leaves.
