
Bright, deep ruby color with violet highlights. Rich aromas on the nose. Initially, aromas reminiscent of small red and black forest fruits (blackberries, blueberries), plum are distinguished. Like all Syrah, it is characterized by its spicy character and pepper aromas.The barrel gave it aromas of oak, cedar and vanilla. With aging it acquires aromas of tobacco, animal notes and ink. In the mouth it is dry with high alcohol and rich in flavor with round and velvety tannins. In addition to the black and red fruits of the forest, notes of mocha, chocolate, vanilla and butterscotch are distinguished.
It harmoniously accompanies red meats, grilled mushrooms, oven-baked lamb, game such as roe deer and wild boar, beef fillet, cheese and cold cuts platters.
