
Born on the volcanic terroir of Santorini, this native variety is truly rare as it covers less than 3% of the island’s vineyards. The low-yielding, small grapes offer cult-status wines of sheer individuality. Ruby red color with paler highlights, a vigorous cocktail of red and black fruit, spices, minerals, tobacco, and gentle tannins.
It is perfectly combined with intense taste meat dishes. Best served at 18 oC.
