One of the most important Greek white best-sellers, the white Amethyst based combines the aromatic personality of Sauvignon Blanc with the explosive acidity of the Greek Assyrtiko. Easy and elegant white that is fanatically preferred and drunk with characteristic comfort and pleasure.

Food pairings - Green salads, greens, grilled vegetables, seafood and shellfish with light sauces, grilled fish with lemon oil and spices. Fresh white cheeses, such as Anevato or Xinomyzithra, but also the French Chèvre.
