It is produced with Grecanico, Catarratto, Insolia and Chardonnay grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C for 15 days. The wine is then aged in the same containers for 3 months before bottling. It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose offers a fruity bouquet, with notes of apple, pear, peach and citrus. In the mouth it is rich, intense and pleasantly fresh
