The cooperative Oralios Gi in Cephalonia is among the best in Greece, with the production of excellent wines that reflect the characteristics of the rising terroir of the island! San Gerasimo is produced from mountain vineyards. Its colour is bright lemon green. Its aromas are elegant with citrus fruits such as lime, mandarin and pear but also with some notes of white flowers and minerals. Its taste is distinguished by the high acidity and the citrus fruits, which are characteristic of the variety, its body is mediocre and its aftertaste is pleasant.
