BOROLO DOGG 2015 RAVIOLE

Raviole surprises for its fine and vertical fruit, which allows this Barolo to give emotions from the early years.

This freshness of Raviole is given by the land of its vineyard: in this hectare, at 300 meters a.s.l. facing south-west, the alluvial soils accentuate the vivacity and the fruity character of the vine, while the good percentages of limestone and clay present, result in the glass in finesse, intense aroma and in a delicate but well defined structure.

Grape varietal: Nebbiolo 100%

Alcohol content: 15% by volume

Colour: Ruby red tending towards maroon

Bouquet: Ample, with floral and fruit aromas, including violet, notes of cherry, and wild strawberry

Taste: Harmonic and with a balanced, full, and soft taste; it stands out for its acidic freshness, as well as its fine and sharp tannins.

Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature for 20 days

Suggested serving temperature: 16/17^oC
