Visually it is an intense greenish-yellow color. The nose offers ripe aromas of white fruits, such as pears and peaches, intertwined with delicate citrus and floral notes, such as Jasmine. In the mouth it is rich and concentrated with ripe aromas and mineral notes, crisp acidity and a long, complex finish. Catena Alta Chardonnay ferments in 500 L oak barrels with natural yeasts and at controlled low temperatures.
