In appearance it is medium ruby. On the nose it is quite complex with aromas of red forest fruits and black ripe fruits, such as fig, dried plum and black berries, combined with spicy notes of nutmeg and black pepper. Particularly rich tertiary aromas, such as aromas of leather, tobacco and chocolate. In the mouth it is soft and perfectly balanced, with soft tannins that give a sweet feel to the wine. Flavors of raspberry, plum, green pepper and vanilla dominate.
Pairing: It goes well with red meats, pasta, white meats and yellow cheese platters.
