The wine is a modern reflection of the unique terroir of Bolgheri, with selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes from the vineyards of Guado al Tasso.
Description
Intense ruby color. The nose presents notes of red and black berries which are characteristic of this vintage and give concentration of aromas to the wine. Sweet spices and a hint of licorice complete the aromatic bouquet. The palate has good structure and persistent character and ends in a pleasant and fruity aftertaste.
Pairs with: Pasta with red sauce, cold cuts and cheeses.
Serve at: 16-18°C
Aging: Enjoyable now and for the next 8 years.
