Taste Profile: The aroma of anise and wild herbs of Lesvos dominates, offering an intense and clean taste. History: It was created in 1950 by the Varvagiannis family in Plomari, targeting an audience looking for a more traditional and "masculine" aperitif. Pairings: Due to its strength, it goes ideally with intense appetizers, such as salted fish, sun-dried octopus and spicy seafood.
