The small number of parrots living on the island depends on the preservation of the local rainforest. With the sale of each bottle, a portion of the proceeds goes to the study and protection of this rare bird. This handcrafted blend of aged pot still and column still rums, with its mahogany color, exudes aromas of caramelized fruit and spicy vanilla.
