Broker's is a premium London Dry Gin known for its distinctive plastic bowler hat bottle topper. Created in 1998 by brothers Martin and Andy Dawson, it is distilled in a 200-year-old distillery near Birmingham, England, using a traditional copper pot still.
Description
Flavor Profile: A classic, juniper-forward gin with balanced notes of citrus (orange and lemon peel) and warm spices like coriander, nutmeg, and cinnamon.Botanicals: It uses a recipe of 10 botanicals steeped for 24 hours in quadruple-distilled grain spirit before a final fifth distillation.Strengths: Commonly available in 40% and 47% ABV (80 and 94 proof) versions.Awards: It was the first gin to receive a score of 97 at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge and has won numerous gold medals globally.
