To extract this impressive color, a light compression is carried out at 7-8 C. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with batonnage.
Tasting: Bright, bright salmon pink color. Fresh, lively and particularly aromatic, reminiscent of strawberries, citrus peel, citrus fruits, nectarines and floral aromas such as rose petals and herbs such as dill and coriander. In the mouth it has a medium to full body with particular elegance and high acidity.
