This is an exceptionally high quality gin, perfectly balanced with subtle notes of lemon and bittersweet orange followed by juniper, peppery spices, with touches of woody citrus giving the palate an unforgettable taste experience. It is produced at the Albury Estate in the hills of Surrey, England, in a picturesque place of incredible natural beauty right next to the Silent Pool, a beautiful, mysterious lake from which the inspiration for its name came.
It is preferably served with ice, tonic and garnished with orange peel or grapefruit. Ideal for unique and creative cocktails.
