Petrakopoulos Winery has taught us well with its delicious wines and special winemaking. Roz is one of them! Young, dry vineyards of Mavrodafni in the area of ​​Ano Katelio, at an altitude of 350 m. Give their precious fruit for Roz. It is then vinified as white wine with minimal marc extracts (due to its perfect pink colour), minimal interventions and bottled unfiltered. This ensures its expressiveness and uniqueness!

In the glass is a medium salmon with pink highlights. It has an expressive nose, with notes of pink grapefruit, sanguine, orange, stone cherry and unripe strawberry. Hints of white rose and laurel are complemented by slightly mineral character. In the mouth it has a moderate body, balanced acidity and exuberant aromatic intensity. Butter candy, rose, sweet cherry, quince, juicy citrus and eucalyptus coexist on a mineral background. Botanical aftertaste that lasts.
