The Blend: Composed of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot.
The Aging: Matured in 50% new oak barrels, 35% concrete amphorae, and 15% one-year-old barrels. The amphorae are uniquely crafted using limestone matching the estate’s own soil.
