Palate: A vibrant and fresh attack on the palate, complex and well-balanced, revealing elegant flavors of fruit and caramel with a powerful, creamy, and effervescent finish.
Grape Varieties: A blend primarily composed of Pinot Noir (the house's signature grape), along with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, sourced from over 120 villages across the Champagne region.
Aging: Aged for a minimum of 20 months in the Maison Mumm cellars
