POUILLY FUME PASCAL JOLIVET '21 750ml

Pascal Jolivet Pouilly Fumé is an excellent Sauvignon Blanc from the top appellation of origin Pouilly Fume. The vineyards have an average age of 35 years and are planted in the famous “cailottes” soils which are based on limestone. The vinification takes place in concrete tanks, while the Pascal Jolivet winery follows the logic of low interventions.

Description

Pascal Jolivet Pouilly Fumé is an excellent Sauvignon Blanc. It has a pale lemon color with greenish highlights and explosive aromas of lemon, pineapple, lime, pepper, gooseberry, grass, lemon blossom, peach with characteristic hints of smoke.

In the mouth it has a medium body and accentuated acidity. Rich citrus and stone fruit are mixed with notes of pepper, yeast and white flowers.
