Vineyard: Kymi Evia - Afrat
Wining: Cold extraction of 3 days, classic red vinification with long extraction and maturation of 12 months in new Ermitage oak barrels.
Characteristics: Opaque ruby color. Evolving nose, fruity and spicy, aromas of vanilla jam and coffee. Rich, round mouth with medium-high acidity, and intense velvety tannins. Long aftertaste.
Ageing: 10 years. Unfiltered and unstabilized wine. Any amount of sediment in the bottle is normal. It is recommended to decant it 30 minutes before consumption.
