Scapa is a single malt distilled by hand, its character shaped by the elements of nature in the remote Orkney Islands, a place of contrasts. It was created by a small team of 6 people at the Scapa hand-operated distillery, which has been operating in the same way since 1885.

Nose: Delicate floral notes mingle with notes of fresh pear. The bouquet is completed with sweet and fruity notes of pineapple with citrus notes.

Taste: Smooth and sweet, with flavours of ginned pear and ripe melon slices in balanced contrast with refreshing notes of lemon sorbet.

Finish: Long, refreshing, bright sweetness.
