An elegant Xinomavro! In appearance, it has a deep red color. On the nose, a complex bouquet with characteristic aromas of flowers and sweet spices, with tones of ripe blackberry, sun-dried tomato and dried fig. 

Full-bodied, with vanilla aromas, rich structure, balanced acidity and notes of well-worked barrel, with an intense aroma of quince on the aftertaste.
