This Paliokalias comes from a 49-year-old vineyard and from a manual harvest. The result is a Xinomavro that has the best elements of typicality (aromatics of sun-dried tomato, olive) but also a modern “twist” with notes of eucalyptus and licorice that persist until the long aftertaste. The wooden label! unique for each bottle, just like the Paliokalias wine itself.
