ISLE OF SKYE BLENDED 8YRS SCOTCH WHISKY 700ml

Isle Of Skye 8 Year Old (Ian Macleod) Whisky. An eight-year-old blended by Ian Macleod, based on malt whiskies from the Islands and Speyside, particularly from the famous whisky distillery on the Isle of Skye! The blend is considered very good in whisky review circles, making it something of a bargain!
Nose: Quite smoky on the nose, with crème anglaise, digestive biscuits and hints of cocoa powder.
Palate: Sweet and creamy with sticky toffee pudding, gingerbread, fruitcake and sherry spice amidst a bit more smoke and sea.
Finish: Oaky and spicy, with almond oil and black pepper.
